These hip and joint chews come in a decent‑sized container and are made with the usual joint‑support ingredients you’d expect. They’re soft, bite sized, heart shaped chews with a meaty flavor that most dogs would go for including mine who actually goes a little crazy for.My little guy (a Pom mix) has been showing some signs of aging in his movements; slower walking, less bounce when playing, and just not moving with the same speed he used to. I’ve been wanting to find something that might help him out a bit, so when I came across these, I figured it was worth a try.We’re about halfway through the container now. It hasn’t been long enough to know if there will be any real long‑term benefits, but after about a week or so, I did notice he seemed to have a little more pep in his step. Coincidence? Maybe, maybe not — but I’ll take it. The important thing is that he hasn’t had any negative reactions, which is always my first concern with supplements.One thing I really appreciate is the dosing. For his weight, he only needs one chew a day, which means this container lasts much longer than other brands that require two or three chews per dose. Between that and the already generous container size, it's a double win.My only complaint — and it’s not a deal‑breaker — is the smell. HOLY these things stink! Like, really stink... They think these are treats so they must taste good! I use other stuff by this brand that I really like so I'm assuming these are good too, just started them. Easy to chew, they are pretty soft. You get quite a bit too. I will update if I see any changes or improvements but so far i can say it hasn't messed up their stomach at least. Quality seems great, so value for money is good. Confident they do be effective and help with pain relief.

Calming Chews:I have a 3 dogs with varying levels of energy. These chews are perfect for meeting their needs. They are small enough to give them alone or as I do, mix with their food. The dogs love the taste whether with food or by themselves. The chews do really well to calm them but doesn't make them like zombies. This is especially nice with my mini schnauzer that has anxiety.Muscle Gain:Along with the calming chews I also give them Muscle Gain. These seem to work okay. They have been taking the chews for a few weeks now and although I haven't seen any significant gain, I haven't seen muscle loss either. This is important because my boxer injured her foot and is in a cast, so she isn't as active as she was. My doberman is a rescue and these have helped him maintain his muscle mass. I haven't seen any difference with the Schnauzer.Multivitamin:The multi is an excellent addition to their morning meal. They are well balanced and provide all of the nutrients they need that may be missing from their food (Farmers Pet fresh food).Hip and Joint:None of the dogs have hip or joint issues, however all there are prone to them. They receive this chew as a preventative supplement. As with the others, it is served with their meal, but they enjoy the taste as a standalone treat as well.Overall, all of these supplements seem to work well and are a good value for the money when you take into consideration how much they help supplement your pets health.

I’ve been giving my 11-year-old Lab/Pit Glucosamine and Chondroitin for years, and those two ingredients have made a clear difference in managing his joint pain—especially in a leg that was injured in the past. When his walking distance is kept reasonable and his supplements are consistent, he moves much more comfortably. These are a great precursors supplement for dogs with hip and joint issues or to help prevent them. The ingredients are in at great levels and notice my 7 year old German shepherd moving up and down a lot quicker after about 2 weeks of taking these daily.

This supplement appears to offer ingredients that will allow for that: Glucosamine HCL, MSM, Chondroitin Sulfate and Vitamins C and E.The product arrived triple safety sealed; shrink-wrapped, boxed and with a protective plastic over the container itself. The expiration date offers a generous two years of shelf-life; it is made without grains, corn or soy and is listed GMP and HACCP. It does, however, contain chicken and caution does need to be taken when administering it to dogs with hyperthyroid disease. Note that the supplement is Made in China. (If truth be told, I would prefer that it was Made in USA.)All in all; this appears to be a seemingly well-crafted product by an established company that offers a number of other dog-centric supplements with positive ratings.

We own a mixed breed dog that weighs around 45 pounds and is now over 13 years old. He sleeps a lot during the day, but remains active in the evenings. It is helpful that the container includes a dosage chart based on dog weight (more human medications should do the same). Our dog likes the taste and so far, three days now, this brand appears to be working just as well and it costs significantly less.
