1. 7-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be returned to us
  • The item must be unused or only minimally used
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days after delivery

For safety and hygiene reasons, heavily used, damaged, or empty products are not eligible for return.

2. How to Start a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • The reason for your return (optional, but helpful)

If your return is eligible, our support team will provide return instructions.

3. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our mistake

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is not due to our mistake

For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund if the return meets our policy requirements.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

To help us resolve the issue faster, we may request:

  • A photo of the product
  • A photo of the shipping package or shipping label
