Thank you for shopping with XIDERDL Pets. We want you to feel confident with every purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. 7-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be returned to us
  • The item must be unused or only minimally used
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days after delivery

For safety and hygiene reasons, heavily used, damaged, or empty products are not eligible for return.

2. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at: support@xiderdlpets.com

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • The reason for your return (optional, but helpful)

If your return is eligible, our support team will provide return instructions. Returns are accepted by mail only.

3. Free Return Shipping

Xiderdl covers the return shipping cost for all eligible U.S. returns.

Once your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions. You will not need to purchase your own shipping label.

Please use the prepaid label and carrier specified in our instructions. Returns sent without prior approval or using a different shipping method may not be eligible for reimbursement.

To request a return, contact support@xiderdlpets.com within 7 days of delivery.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 15 days if the return meets our policy requirements.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at: support@xiderdlpets.com

To help us resolve the issue faster, we may request:

  • A photo of the product
  • A photo of the shipping package or shipping label
