Since we started using them, I've noticed increased energy and improved muscle tone, especially after playtime or long walks. Highly recommended if you're looking for a complete supplement for your dog's well-being and muscle support.
Muscle chews for dogs? I mean seriously--no dog is going to get jacked because it eats a tiny little heart-shaped supplement that's 86% fiber. The amounts of active ingredients in these chews are so small as to be almost moot. And the main ingredients--alfalfa powder, brown rice bran, carob powder--are basically just a bland but palatable delivery method for hype and overblown claims. Your Rotty or Pitbull are not going to look like they hit the gym every day simply because they popped a carob-flavored treat in the morning. That said, if you accept these for what they are--a treat that won't harm your dog--then it's not bad, if somewhat overpriced at 25c per piece. Dial back the rhetoric and outlandish claims, and it's a perfectly fine little dog snack.
Our 13 year old dog has Cushings and has been slowly losing muscle mass. She has always been super picky and we usually have to wrap everything in pill pockets or cheese. Amazingly, she really likes the chicken flavor and thinks she’s getting a treat so this is a win, win for us and her normal appetite seems to also being improved. No stomach upset which is also sometimes an issue with other supplements but these supplements have not had any adverse side affects. We definitely recommend these supplements. I included photos of what the product looks like and next to a dollar bill for scale.
I got these for my dog for recovery purposes because he's 6 now but still goes hard at the dog park. He seems to like the taste, but we haven't gotten to go to the dog park since I got these, so time will tell how effective they are. To be honest, I also got them because can you imagine this dog even more jacked? lol. Even if they don't make him a hulk, he seems to like them and they don't appear to be causing any adverse effects.
These 11-in-1 Muscle & Weight Support Chews have been a great addition to my dog’s daily routine. The soft chews are easy to give and my dog treats them like a reward, which makes supplementation simple and stress-free. With high protein and added amino acids and BCAAs, this formula feels well thought out for supporting healthy muscle development and maintenance.I’ve noticed improved energy and better overall body condition after consistent use, especially during active play and walks. The added antioxidants and vitamins are a nice bonus, supporting overall wellness rather than just focusing on muscle alone. It’s suitable for both puppies and adult dogs, which makes it convenient for multi-dog households. With 120 chews in the container, it offers good value and lasts a long time. Overall, this supplement provides well-rounded muscle and weight support in a form dogs love, making it a solid choice for active, growing, or working dogs.
My dog loves them!I appreciate them taking time to put money and effort into their advertising/production of the product as hopefully that means they put the same time into their product, which the same can be said for vice versa. Lots of good ingredients in these in addition to taste. Product was sealed, which was also appreciated. These are within the range of other dog chews so I can constantly recommend this to others.
My dogs take them like treats so they clearly taste fine. They are about the size of a nickel, but my 13lb havanese does fine chewing then as the are pretty soft and crumbly. We have 2 dogs over 15 years old so I like to give them any kind of boost that I can.
These muscle/weight chews are great for helping maintain muscles in my senior dog & make her more active. Chews are packed with high quality protein to increase her strength & activity as she ages. Container was well sealed so it could not be tampered with for safety. Building good body strength in my senior dog will allow her to continue to be active for longer. Abby thinks the chews are a treat so definitely tasty.
I received this product through the Vine program, and this review reflects my honest and unbiased experience. These chews are easy to give and my dog enjoys them. They’re a convenient way to add extra nutritional support for active or growing dogs.Final Thoughts:A simple supplement option for supporting a dog’s overall health.
As dogs age, muscle loss can sneak up on you. I started using these muscle support chews for my senior girl, Matilda, who is around 15 years old. She’s had a long journey from her early days as a street dog to a well-loved family member, and at this stage my focus is simple: comfort, strength maintenance, and quality of life. After about a month of daily use, I’ve noticed some encouraging changes. She seems a bit more willing to move around, a little less tentative when getting up, and just generally more engaged in her surroundings. Nothing dramatic or overnight — and with a dog her age, I wouldn’t expect that — but enough small improvements that it feels worthwhile to continue. She’s maintained her weight nicely, and I do feel like her muscle tone has held steadier than it had been. The chews themselves are easy for a senior dog to handle and she takes them without hesitation. I appreciate that this formula focuses on protein, amino acids, and supportive nutrients rather than stimulants or quick fixes. For younger, highly active dogs this may support muscle development, but for seniors like mine, it feels more like nutritional backup for aging bodies.Seeing her enjoy small things — like a little extra pep in her step on a morning wander — is all the encouragement I need to keep supporting her comfort and strength in these years.-------xiderdl | muscle & weight support chews | high protein + BCAAs | antioxidant & vitamin blend | [chicken flavor, 120 ct]
Great product and my dogs love it. I use them as treats and I do believe it helps them keep their weight up. I have an elderly Yorkie and he has a hard time keeping his weight up as he ages so I love this product for that. They are bite sized for small pets, my dogs are around 8lbs. I will continue feeding them.
One of my dogs lost some muscle weight recently so I got this to try. He has gained some weight back and although it's not pure muscle, it's not just fat. But it got him back to where he was before the loss and he thinks they're treats so it's easy to give. I put them in his kong he gets every morning. I'm a little bothered by the misspelled word on the package, I hope that doesn't reflect on their quality, but so far so good.
It’s still too soon to see any visible results, but I like the ingredient list on these treats. Everything looks beneficial in theory, and I don’t see anything concerning or harmful. The biggest win so far is that my pup actually enjoys them—he can be pretty picky with treats, so that’s saying something. I’ll continue using them and see how things go over time.
We have a sick pup that's been losing weight due to her disease. So we do everything we can to get enough protein in her and do physical therapy work. These are just something we ordered to see if they'll help results at all. The ingredients are appropriate for her case, though it's much too soon to know if they'll help her gain muscle mass again. The most important thing though is that she likes the taste enough to eat them. Some days she'll barely touch anything without appetite stimulants, so anything she eats willingly gets 5 stars from us.
My dog had so much more energy since he’s been taking these! It was difficult to get him to swallow them at first but it only took a couple of days before he was ready to add them to his diet! These are a great way to supplement his energy pills!
Calming Chews:I have a 3 dogs with varying levels of energy. These chews are perfect for meeting their needs. They are small enough to give them alone or as I do, mix with their food. The dogs love the taste whether with food or by themselves. The chews do really well to calm them but doesn't make them like zombies. This is especially nice with my mini schnauzer that has anxiety.Muscle Gain:Along with the calming chews I also give them Muscle Gain. These seem to work okay. They have been taking the chews for a few weeks now and although I haven't seen any significant gain, I haven't seen muscle loss either. This is important because my boxer injured her foot and is in a cast, so she isn't as active as she was. My doberman is a rescue and these have helped him maintain his muscle mass. I haven't seen any difference with the Schnauzer.Multivitamin:The multi is an excellent addition to their morning meal. They are well balanced and provide all of the nutrients they need that may be missing from their food (Farmers Pet fresh food).Hip and Joint:None of the dogs have hip or joint issues, however all there are prone to them. They receive this chew as a preventative supplement. As with the others, it is served with their meal, but they enjoy the taste as a standalone treat as well.
I picked these up to add a little extra support to my dog’s diet and so far I’m really happy with them. The chews are soft and easy to give, and my dog treats them like an actual snack, which makes things simple.I like that they’re packed with protein and other ingredients meant to support muscle and overall strength, especially for active dogs. I’ve been using them consistently and my dog has had no stomach issues or problems at all. It’s still early, but overall this feels like a solid supplement to have on hand if you want to support muscle health and keep your dog feeling strong and energized. My dog clearly enjoys them, which is always a win.
These xiderdl 11-in-1 Dog Muscle Support soft chews are packed with protein, BCAAs, and essential nutrients designed to support muscle strength, endurance, and overall wellness. Each chew is made with chicken flavor and comes in a convenient tablet form—there are 120 soft chews in a resealable 300-gram bag. While I can’t say I’ve noticed a visible change in muscle tone, my dogs absolutely love them and eat them eagerly. They’re easy to give as a daily treat, and it feels good knowing they contain added protein, amino acids, and antioxidants to support overall health and vitality. A simple, tasty addition to my dogs’ routine.
My six year old and 14 year old Labradors love these supplements and take them readily. These are great for their coats, muscles and joints. Since they can’t talk, all I can do is rely on my observations of them. They seem to be moving comfortably, especially my older girl.
Seems to have put on a little weight and muscle. He loves the taste, and will take them like a treat. The ingredients seem pretty natural and of good quality. The supplement seems to be a good value for the money.
I had low expectations when I ordered these but they have actually made a difference. When I ordered these I figured, at the least, my dogs would be getting some benefits for their joints/coat.Taste: I have a dog that will eat anything and an older 'princess' that is very picky. She won't gobble this down every time, but she does have interest in the treats and will typical eat them.Effectiveness: I don't have a way of measuring muscle mass but, I'm not exactly looking to buff up my dogs anyway. The biggest thing I've noticed is that these seem to have increased the appetite of my older, picky girl. She seems to have more energy and has definitely been eating more (it's usually a struggle to get her to eat). I would like to continue her on these to see if I can't get her to put on some weight and ideally put some muscle in her hind (she has suffered muscle loss and hip issues in her old age). If the results are promising, I'll definitely come back to update this review.
