What dog owners are saying
Our dog seems more relaxed during thunderstorms!
We have four larger dogs and are always looking out for joint supplements with glucosamine for their continued joint health. And, we prefer not to mortgage the house to pay for supplements. We noticed that one of our doggos was considerably less stiff getting up after taking these for about 10 days. He might be the most particular dog on Earth and while he will not eat these as a treato, he will eat them mixed with his kibble. Then again, this dog pretty much doesn't eat treatos of any kind. The other three were happy to snarf them down. For the price point and palability, I would recommend these for joint health.
I got these for my dog for preventative purposes because he is a pit bull and they are prone to hip issues. He is 6 but still goes hard at the dog park, but gets a little achy afterwards. I have gotten a different brand before and he seems to like those better, but that is just his preference so I won't remove a star for that. I am not seeing any negative effects so I will keep my eye on that, but overall I will be happy if they work in the long run.
With an aging Pug in the house with existing joint problems, we tend to try any number of supplements to alleviate her discomfort. The taste was a hit with the dog (of course, I have seen some of the things she has eaten, so don't necessarily take that as high praise).Any supplement of this nature can take several weeks to show improvements in an existing condition, so the jury is going to out a while on effectiveness. I will report back if there is little to no improvement after a month or so.It is also of note that in the case of both humans and animals, these sorts of supplements only work for a percentage of the population - the rest of us are effectively immune to their beneficial effects. If you have a dog with joint issues, these are absolutely worth a try. At only $0.25 daily, it's a cheap remedy for a fairly serious issue.
These are a great precursors supplement for dogs with hip and joint issues or to help prevent them. The ingredients are in at great levels and notice my 7 year old German shepherd moving up and down a lot quicker after about 2 weeks of taking these daily.
Got these for our little pack, especially since our shepsky is getting up there in years, and they all absolutely love them! Can't speak for the effectiveness thus far, but flavor-wise they seem to hit the spot. Still hoping they'll help stave off joint issues in the future, but so far, out four legged kids are happy with these healthy treats!
